Hello!
My name is Aislynn (which happens to mean vision in Gaelic). I grew up as a free range kid in the countryside outside of Eugene, OR.
It was there, that it all began.
The flowers have been calling to me since I was a little girl. It started with the wild irises, camas, and buttercups...and the hours spent making daisy chains as long as we possibly could. Every Mother's Day my dad sent me out on a nature walk to harvest wild flowers to put into a vase for my mom. I don't think either of us knew he was planting the seeds of my future... that would take a few decades to figure out.
Throughout the years I have explored design in many mediums and forms and and it wasn't until I moved out to Spencer Creek Valley and had the opportunity to grow my own cut flower garden on a larger scale that I returned to the art of floral arranging. The practice of roaming the land and finding whats in season, so abundant and radiant that it's begging to be picked and appreciated. Tending land is in my bones. And as a creative, the joy I get from seeing the seeds I plant become an offering of beauty into the lives of others is more fulfilling then I had ever imagined. I look forward to bringing a bit of beauty into your life.
